SOLO AI AWARD is dedicated to exploring the intersection of contemporary creative practices and artificial intelligence through a global competition focusing on digital and new media art.
Organized by SOLO, the award has provided opportunities for artists examining the potential of these new tools, with an emphasis on visual and narrative aspects. Established in 2022, the prize aims to fund an unpublished artistic production proposal with a value of €10,000.
The award recognizes artistic projects that investigate the relationship between new AI architectures and human cognitive and linguistic processes, raising questions about the transformation of the world through language models and the possible emergence of a collective superintelligence.

The winning project will be selected by an international jury, with particular attention to works that examine AI both as a tool and as a subject, adopting an investigative and critical stance. The final result will be presented and exhibited in Madrid at SOLO CSV, accompanied by a program of national and international events.
